<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect a position of a lock bolt, by restraining looseness and an installation error in a magnet and a magnetic detecting means. <P>SOLUTION: This electric steering lock device has the lock bolt 32 movable between a locking position and an unlocking position, an actuator 44 moving the lock bolt 32, transmission mechanisms 47 and 54 transmitting driving force of the actuator 44 to the lock bolt 32, and a position detecting means detecting an operation position of the lock bolt 32. The position detecting means has a movable member 61 fixed with the magnet 62, a base board 65 provided with the magnetic detecting means 68A to 68C detecting magnetic force of the magnet 62, and a holder 70 operably holding the movable member 61 at a predetermined interval to the base board 65. Interlocking mechanisms 63 and 64 are arranged for operating by interlocking the movable member 61 with operation of the lock bolt 32 or the transmission mechanisms. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
