PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facing film not comprising PVC but having excellent damage resistance, chemical resistance, post-processability, weatherability and appearance like PVC. SOLUTION: The facing film is obtained by forming a surface layer 1 on a base material film 2 comprising a polyolefinic resin. The surface layer 1 is composed of a urethane modified acrylic resin with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 60-100°C and contains polypropylene resin particles with an average particle size of 2-6μm. The base material film 2 comprises a polypropylene based resin, a polyethylenic resin or an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
