The method involves recording a three dimensional-image data set of a heart with an inserted catheter (5) by a C-arc x-ray device (4), where the catheter has electrodes for representation of multiple intra cardial electrocardiograms. Positions of the electrodes of the catheter are determined in the three dimensional-data set. Electrical information obtained from the electrocardiogram is statistically or dynamically visualized at a certain position of the associated electrodes in representation of three dimensional data set and/or additional data set, which is represented with the x-ray device. An independent claim is also included for a device for recording and representation of electro anatomical images of the heart.
