The sleeve (10) has a number of outer ridges (12) formed at both axial ends of a pressing area, which is grouted on a outer peripheral surface of a main unit (11) by a fastening unit (30), and projecting outwards in an axis perpendicular direction, while extending circularly. Inner circulating ridges (13) are formed in an inner peripheral surface of the main unit from an edge of the pressing area to a position, at which a part overlaps with the outer ridges in the direction and projects inwards in the direction, while extending over entire periphery. An independent claim is also included for a retaining system for a stabilization rod.
