<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of manufacturing a battery pack equalizing the thickness in the arranging direction in a bound state of each unit cell constituting the battery pack and having accurate shape and size. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the battery pack contains a process constituting two or more battery packs having the same shape, in which insulating gap fillers are filled in the gaps between the inner wall surface of at least one container 14 for the unit cell and electrode bodies 30A, 30B, 30C, 30D to be housed in the container to arrange the unit cells in the prescribed direction and the thickness in the arranging direction of each unit cell in the bound state is made constant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
