<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain generation of stress in spot welding of a bracket and a door for fixing an end part of an impact beam by repetition of opening-closing operation of the door. <P>SOLUTION: The impact beam 28 is arranged inside a front side door 16, and its rear end part 28B is fixed to the bracket 32. A plurality of installation parts 33 are arranged in an upper part and a lower part of the impact beam 28 of the bracket 32, and the installation parts 33 and a plane part 42A of a door inner panel 42 are joined by the spot welding 44A to D. Cushion rubber 52 is arranged above the spot welding 44B of the lower part in the rear of a line L of connecting a position of the spot welding 44B and 44C of the upper part and the lower part of the impact beam 28 on the inside in the vehicle width direction of the door inner panel 42.
