PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optoelectronics device having an optoelectronics constituent element that is conductively connected to a substrate.

SOLUTION: The optoelectronics device comprises: an optoelectronics constituent element that has at least one first conductor path and an active region on a first substrate; and a second substrate that has at least one second conductor path. The first conductor path is conductively connected to the active region and to the second conductor path.
