<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract coarse-granularity position information and meeting information obtained by extracting a dominant behavior by integrating the fine-granularity position information and meeting information. <P>SOLUTION: A stay position extraction server host 20 integrates the fine-granularity position information prepared/stored by a position information server host 10 to form the coarse-granularity position information. Specifically, a position information acquisition unit 21 acquires a position change event from the position information server host 10. A position information maintenance unit 23 stores a variable related to the position information. A position information update unit 22 distinguishes whether the position change event prescribes dominant position information or not in reference to a function of the position information maintenance unit 23, and updates the position information when prescribing the dominant position information.
