<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an increase in cost expended to a production facility and the deterioration of production efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A microcomputer 42 includes an I/O 510, an oscillation circuit 508 and a CPU 500. The I/O 510 inputs or outputs a signal. The oscillation circuit 508 generates a first signal at a constant frequency. The CPU 500 controls the I/O 510. A signal input to the I/O 510 includes a signal which corresponds to a first physical amount. The CPU 500 calculates an interval time on the basis of the number of clock signals generated by the oscillation circuit 508. The CPU 500 calculates a correction value of the interval time on the basis of a second physical amount.
