<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card on which many IC chips can be mounted, and which easily rotates a switching part and is low in production cost. <P>SOLUTION: The IC card is provided with: a switching part having a switching part main body 3a, which goes through a card base material 1 and is rotatively provided, and a plurality of contact parts 3b which are mounted so that they may extend in the vertical direction to the rotational axis of the switching part main body; and a plurality of IC chips 2a-2d.
