PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify field work for an air-conditioning duct straightening plate disposed in a radioactive substance storage building, and to shorten a term of works. SOLUTION: In this air-conditioning duct straightening plate slit disposed on an air-conditioning duct part of the storage building, the straightening plate, a straightening plate side of a wall and a lower face of a ceiling are made of steel plate, studs and a reinforcement material and blocked. A material of the straightening plate is a material resistant to decay or may have surface treatment resistant to decay. Alternately, the straightening plate is made of precast concrete, and the straightening plate side of the wall and the lower face of the ceiling are made of steel plate, and blocked.
