PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of favorably suppressing any partial wear generated on a tread surface. SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire having a groove part including main grooves 4-6 continuously extending in the tire circumferential direction and a land part including ribs or blocks divided by the main grooves 4-6 on a tread surface, the land part comprises first edge parts 30, 40 having a recess row with oblong hole shaped recesses 3 extending along the groove part being arrayed in the tire circumferential direction and a second edge part 20 extending along the main groove 5 with the different position in the tire width direction from the positions of the first edge parts 30, 40 and having no recess row.
