PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid cleanser composition which contains an alkyl glycoside as a main surfactant and is excellent in a cleansing force. SOLUTION: This liquid cleanser composition comprises (a) an alkyl glycoside, (b) one or more compounds selected from 2-ethyl-1-hexanol, ethylene glycol-2-ethyl hexyl ether and diethylene glycol-2-ethyl hexyl ether, and water, wherein (a)/(b) is 90/10 to 55/45 (mass ratio), and (a)+(b) is 20 to 50 mass%.
