PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twin extrusion molding screw capable of simply manufacturing a screw and capable of suppressing the occurrence of the surface irregularity of an extrusion molded product. SOLUTION: The twin extrusion molding screw is equipped with twin-screws 20 and 30 rotated in mutually different directions and having flight parts 24 and 34 meshed with each other and an extrusion cylinder 11 provided with the twin-screws 20 and 30 in a freely rotatable manner. The flight parts 24 and 34 are formed so that the clearance G1 in the meshing diametric direction of the flight parts 24 and 34 is made constant with respect to any position in an axial direction in a cross section containing two axes.
