PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise support device facilitating the management/confirmation of practice states of whole physical activity and exercise amounts included therein respectively, and effectively supporting the continuation of the exercise of users. SOLUTION: This exercise support device is provided with: a physical activity amount recording means recording the performed physical activities on the physical activities of reference intensity or more by intelligibly itemizing into the exercise amount and a daily activity amount; a target storage means storing targets of the physical activity amount and the exercise amount to be performed in a prescribed unit period; and a display means displaying the respective target achievements of the physical activity amount and the exercise amount based on the physical activity amount and exercise amount recorded by the physical activity amount recording means and the targets recorded in the target storage means.
