The invention related to the oil industry and can be used for acting on a bottomhole zone with the view to increasing the production capacity of wells. The inventive plant for producing an action on a bottomhole zone comprises an anvil, a cement bridging placed on a bottom, a well bottomhole unit for producing impacts on the anvil, a tubing string and a packer, wherein the well bottomhole unit comprises a weight and a lifting device embodied in the form of a body comprising an open plunger, a valve and a top switch which is used for limiting the plunger lifting and is provided with an output line, wherein the valve is also used as a lower switch for limiting the plunger drop. In order to extend the field of use and to increase efficiency and reliability, the weight is step-shaped, the valve is connected directly to the top step of the weight, the well bottomhole unit is provided with an external tube, the top end of which communicates with the tubing string and the lower end of which is connected to the anvil, the body of the lifting device and the weight are placed inside the external tube, the output line of the lifting device is provided with a spring-and-valve pulser, the output channels of which communicate with the well space and the tubing string is provided with a bumpersub for compensating the plant movement during impacts. The valve is provided with a rod in the top part thereof and the plunger is provided with a guiding element which is arranged therein and is used for guiding the valve rod. The cross-section of the top step of the weight can be less than the cross-section of the lower step thereof.
