The head has two drill flanges (1) that are adjustable in diameter, and are attached to a jaw chuck (2). The flanges are formed at contact pressure sides (4) to laterally arranged radially adjustable drill flanges, such that the sides slide and sealed together during radial movement of the flanges. The flanges are driven by a spiral tooth system on the jaw chuck, are stacked and/or formed at outer edges (5) and/or top sides in such a manner that the flanges are suitable for boring/milling in ground.
