The exchanger has a connecting area (4) for feeding a fluid which flows through a collector tube (1), and another connecting area (5) for discharging the fluid. A connecting part (6) is connected with the tube and is formed of the areas. A line is fixed for feeding and discharging the fluid into the connecting part. A hold unit (6b) is provided for fixing the exchanger in a coolant cooler and an air intercooler. The hold unit and the connecting part are designed as a single-piece in a material-uniform manner, where the connecting part is formed as a string aluminum extrusion.
