<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a data quantity retransmitted to a client terminal, and to reduce a storage region necessary for retransmission. <P>SOLUTION: In a screen sharing method, a server terminal for sharing an image displayed on a screen with a client terminal is configured to update a part of images in a frame buffer to generate a first packet including first region information showing a region updated in an image in the frame buffer, a first image being an updated image in the updated region and a sequence number, and to transmit it to the client terminal, to store a pair of the first region information and the sequence number in a transmission history storage part, to detect a region which has not been updated after transmitting the first image in the first image corresponding to the sequence number when receiving the re-transmission request including the sequence number, and to acquire an image in the detected region from the frame buffer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
