<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing method and its system which can provide each user with detailed messages according to his/her use contract and latest information on a use situation of communication service. <P>SOLUTION: User identification information for identifying the user of the communication service is received from a communication terminal of the user via a communication network. Latest user attribute information is acquired which is related to at least one of the use contract for the communication service and the use situation thereof corresponding to the user identified by the received user identification information. On the basis of the acquired latest user attribute information, message information is generated which corresponds to the user identified by the user identification information.
