<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable composition which ensures less sensitivity variation, is stable even under severe storage conditions and has high sensitivity, and a lithographic printing plate original using the polymerizable composition as a recording layer and excellent in temporal stability. <P>SOLUTION: The polymerizable composition comprises a diaryliodonium salt having at least three electron donating groups within a molecule, a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond and a mercapto compound represented by general formula (I), wherein R represents an alkyl group which may have a substituent or an aryl group which may have a substituent, and A represents an atomic group forming a 5- or 6-membered heterocycle having C atoms in combination with the N=C-N moiety and A may further have a substituent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
