PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of improving on-ice braking performance of the tire. SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire 1, at least two or more circumferential main grooves 61, 62 and at least three or more land parts 63 to 65 are formed on the one side tread part divided into two parts by a tire equatorial plane. Profile lines of the land parts 63 to 65 are constituted in cross sectional view of a tire meridian direction and extension lines of the profile lines of the adjacent land parts 63, 64; 64, 65 intersect with each other having inflection points Pa, Pb in the grooves of the circumferential main grooves 61, 62. Additionally, a belt reinforcing layer 8 has larger tensile strength in the areas of the land parts 63 to 65 than the areas of circumferential main grooves 61, 62 having the inflection points Pa, Pb.
