PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition not degraded under use, but degraded when being buried in soil or the like after use and releasing nutrient. SOLUTION: The resin composition is a mixture obtained by compounding (B) a nonmetal mineral-containing compound with (A) a lactic acid-based resin, wherein the proportion of the nonmetal mineral-containing compound (B) in the mixture of the lactic acid-based resin (A) with the nonmetal mineral-containing compound (B) is≥0.1 mass% and≤30 mass%.
