PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate transfer body for a liquid development system, which has high production efficiency, durability against vegetable oil and low surface energy against vegetable oil (a large contact angle with vegetable oil). SOLUTION: The intermediate transfer body for a liquid development system is coated with a surface protective layer the surface of which is made of a cured product of a fluorine-containing photosetting composition, wherein the fluorine-containing photosetting composition contains a fluorinated alkyl group-containing (meth)acrylate and a photopolymerization initiator, and the fluorinated alkyl group-containing (meth)acrylate has a functional group having a fluorinated alkyl group at the end and two or more (meth)acryloyl groups, having a fluorine atom content of 25 mass% or more in one molecule, and the molecular weight of 500 to 4,000.
