PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial heat pump which can stably be rotated by a dynamic pressure bearing so as to be disposal at a low cost while attaining weight reduction. SOLUTION: An upper casing, where electromagnets are embedded at equal interval to be adjacent to an inner peripheral surface for internally storing an impeller and a hollow guide axis extending to the inner side of the casings at the center part is arranged, a lower casing, which is joined with the upper casing and internally stores the impeller, and the impeller, which is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the guide axis in the upper casing thereby forming a dynamic pressure radial bearing, and where an upper thrust dynamic bearing is formed with the lower surface of the upper casing, are all manufactured from a polymeric material. Permanent magnets are embedded on the outer peripheral surface at equal intervals to face the electromagnets. The height of the center of each electromagnet is positioned at the upper side, in figure, of the height of the center of each permanent magnet when the impeller is stopped. A step shape notched part is arranged on the lower end surface of a vane in the distal end part of a vane rotary direction, or a ring shape shroud is arranged on the lower end surface of the vane.
