PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly connect top plates to each other without a gap by aligning the upper surfaces by a simple means without attaching a separate member for connection to the top plates. SOLUTION: Facing ends of left and right top plates 4 are mounted on a top plate support rod 3b at the upper end of a leg pole 3. Upper ends of a pair of left and right connection members 13 disposed on either side of the top plate support rod 3b are made to abut to the outer side surfaces of hanging pieces 12a attached to the lower surfaces of the facing ends of the left and right top plates 4. By drawing the connection members 13 to each other toward the either side surface of the top plate support rod 3b by drawing means 24 and 25, the top plates 4 are drawn to each other to be connected to each other, and connected to the top plate support rod 3b.
