The structure has a clamping lug (22) formed with elasticity in a body (12) and formed with a lower section of a cover (20) in single-piece. An insertion opening (25) is formed between the body and the clamping lug and is fitted in an edge (12) of a mounting slot (11) of a roof ledge (10). An opening is provided for preventing movement in a side of the mounting slot of the roof ledge, and a lug protrudes from the clamping lug of the cover in single-piece.
