A laser bonding device and a laser bonding method are provided to process a sample without energy loss of laser outputted from laser oscillators, thereby saving processing time of the sample and additional equipment costs of the laser oscillator of high output and accordingly improving productivity and reducing product costs. A laser radiating unit includes plural laser oscillators(110). Plural jig units are for fixing a large-sized display substrate. A monitoring unit monitors array of the large-sized display substrate, an anisotropic conductive film(140) and a driving driver substrate(170). The laser radiating unit comprises the following parts. A beam forming unit(120) converts the plural lasers, outputted from the plural laser oscillators, into laser beams having a predetermined size and form, and outputs the converted laser beams. A laser transmitting unit(150) induces a path of the laser, outputted from the plural laser oscillators, to the beam forming unit. An optical holder(160) radiates the laser beam to the anisotropic conductive film by moving the beam forming unit. |
