<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device which is capable of forming an electrode in a precise form without complicating manufacturing steps, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a crystal device 30 which houses a crystal vibrating chip 40 within a package, wherein electrodes 46, 47 for driving the crystal vibrating chip are formed on a surface including a side face portion 73 of the crystal vibrating chip and slopes 61, 62 are formed in an area wherein the electrodes 46, 47 should be electrically separated, in the side face portion of the crystal vibrating chip. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
