<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an odorless anti-inflammatory agent which prevents and alleviates pains accompanying inflammation of arthralgia or the like, and mitigates uncomfortable feeling due to these pains, by making effective components penetrate to diseased parts to be absorbed there safely, surely and simply through the skin. <P>SOLUTION: The anti-inflammatory agent is made a mixture in an ointment state or having a viscosity corresponding to an ointment by mixing a horse oil having a composition close to the composition of the human sebum as animal fat and oil with a mixed powder formed by blending a natural-originated methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) and aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA) used as health foods so as to exhibit a synergic effect, and making the mixture penetrate into the cells of a living body to be absorbed there through the skin, to make it possible to prevent and alleviate pains accompanying inflammation of arthralgia or the like, or to mitigate uncomfortable feeling.
