<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To primarily provide a coating liquid for a photoelectric conversion layer with which a photoelectric conversion layer excellent in photoelectric conversion efficiency can be formed, and to primarily provide a manufacturing method of the coating liquid. <P>SOLUTION: This invention solves the problem by presenting the manufacturing method of the coating liquid for the photoelectric conversion layer characterized in that this method includes a process of mixing two kinds of acceptor solutions each containing a fullerene derivative of a mutually different concentration and a donor solution containing an electron-donating photoelectric conversion material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
