PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a display device substrate in which a functional film with the high uniformity of a thickness can be formed and a process time can be shortened, a manufacturing method of a display device, and an injection device. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of a display device substrate has functional films in a plurality of regions on a substrate. In the manufacturing method, when a plurality of liquid functional film materials of the same or different kinds are applied on a plurality of regions surrounded by barrier ribs, one liquid functional film material is applied in one or a plurality of regions, and then, other liquid functional film materials are applied continuously on regions other than a region where the liquid functional film material is already applied to carry out coating treatment.
