PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor balancing system of a turbomachine and a turbomachine module capable of improving the defects related to the embodiments of the related art. SOLUTION: This rotor balancing system of a turbomachine comprises a balancing flange 52 in which through passages 78 are formed. The system further comprises a balance weight 54 fixedly secured to a flange 52 with first and second screw/nut assemblies 56a, 56b having first and second screws 84, 84 extending through the first and second passages 78, 78. The first screw is pressed against a first end surface 116 in the tangential direction of the first through passage, and separated from a second end surface in the tangential direction. The second screw is pressed against a second end surface 118 in the tangential direction of the second through passage, and is separated from the first end surface in the tangential direction.
