PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical switching module, provided with a structure securing insulation and optical transparency between a light guide substrate and an optical deflection element, in a mounting structure to be installed on the light guide substrate of the optical deflection element. SOLUTION: The optical switching module 100 mounts the optical deflection element 103a forming external connection terminals 150-1, 150-2 on the lower face on the light guide substrate 120 forming pieces of wiring 160-1, 160-2, 160-3, 160-4. The optical switching module 100 is provided with a plurality of kinds of insulation resins 157, 200 provided in between the light guide substrate 120 and the optical deflection element 103a.
