PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic warehouse system capable of achieving efficient delivery of a cargo and carrying out complete FIFO operation of the goods. SOLUTION: The automatic warehouse system 11 comprises automatic warehouses 12a-12e, a management computer 21 producing delivery data of cargos 17 in the automatic warehouses 12a-12e, and an automatic warehouse control device 19 joining the cargos 17 delivered from the automatic warehouse 12a-12e and carrying that through aisle conveyers 14a-14e about each automatic warehouse 12a-12e. The management computer 21 computes a delivery order about each automatic warehouse 12a-12e when preparing the delivery data. The automatic warehouse control device 19 joins the cargos 17 to the carrying conveyer 15 if the cargo 17 whose shipment destination is the same as the cargo 17 and whose shipment order is earlier has passed already when the cargo 17 delivered from the automatic warehouses 12a-12e reach the heads of the aisle conveyers 14a-14e.
