PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce external leakage places on a mounting part of an expansion valve. SOLUTION: The expansion valve 5 is disposed in a return collection container 3 of an evaporator 1, an inlet port 6 of the expansion valve 5 and high-pressure piping 22 are connected in the return collection container 3, and further an outlet port 7 of the expansion valve 5 and inlet piping 20 of the evaporator 1 are connected. Thus, a place having a risk of the external leakage of the mounting part of the expansion valve 5 is limited to a connection part of low-pressure piping 25 and the return collection container 3.
