The assembly (1) has a gear rod unit (14), a guide body (2) and a drive assembly forming a body sided bearing surface and consists of a gear wheel driver/ gear rod combination. The rod unit is arranged as an integral component of the guide body such that the guide body rolls at a circumference of a gear wheel driver (12) for producing a predetermined path for a wheel suspension-sided bearing point (3), where the path describes an involute path. A motor driven rotation of the gear wheel driver causes a change of the involute path based on a position of the guide body.
