The conductor is made of aluminum, and the casing is formed from a transition metal or an alloy. The casing has a flange expanded in a radial direction along front surfaces. An isolation layer is provided between a projection and the conductor such that a connection between the casing and conductor is sealed in an adhesively-joined manner.
