The present invention relates to an electromotive viewing angle adjusting apparatus of a flat type display so that the horizontal/vertical viewing angle of the flat type display(for example, liquid crystal display and plasma display panel) is adjusted by electric motors. Preferably, the viewing angle adjusting apparatus of the flat type display includes a fixing panel installed at the rear of the flat type display with a constant distance, the first to third viewing angle adjusting units supported by the fixing panel and including the electric motors and ball link member for adjusting the horizontal and vertical viewing angle of the flat type display, and a control member for controlling the viewing angle by the first to third viewing angle adjusting units in response to the viewing angle adjusting signal transmitted from a control terminal.
