PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system which can quickly raise the temperature of accumulation part using a simple configuration, and to provide a vehicle equipped with the same.

SOLUTION: A temperature-raising power command generating part 54 generates a temperature raising power command value P for receiving power between accumulation devices, when temperature rise control for raising the temperature of the accumulation device is conducted. The temperature raising power command generating part 54 outputs the temperature raising power command value P to a current control part 56-1 and outputs a command value (-P) obtained by inverting a code of the temperature raising power command value P to a current control part 56-2. The current control part 56-1 conducts current control, on the basis of a current command value PB1 and the temperature raising command value P, and the current control part 56-2 conducts current control, on the basis of a current command value PB2 and the command value (-P).
