<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive thermoconductive material that comprises a substrate comprised of a liquid-type thermosetting gel material and exhibits good thermoconductivity and electroconductivity. <P>SOLUTION: Though, when only nickel-coated graphite 5 and nickel 7 are incorporated with acrylic gel 1, these fillers precipitate at the time of forming a sheet, precipitation of the fillers (nickel-coated graphite 5 and nickel 7) can be suppressed by incorporating magnesium hydroxide 3 together with the fillers. In the sheet of the invention, the fillers are well dispersed in the substrate, which results in small differences of electroconductivity and thermoconductivity between the upper side and the lower side of the electroconductive thermoconductive material, permits loading of a large amount of the fillers while retaining tear strengths when processed into a sheet and therefore attains good thermoconductivity and electroconductivity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
