PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous cosmetic stably containing ascorbic acid and being excellent in sense of use. SOLUTION: The non-aqueous type cosmetic comprises ascorbic acid or a water-soluble ascorbic acid derivative, (behenic acid/eicosanoic diacid)glyceryl or (behenic acid/eicosanoic diacid)polyglyceryl, and an oil agent in which (behenic acid/eicosanoic diacid)glyceryl or the (behenic acid/eicosanoic diacid)polyglyceryl can be dissolved, wherein the ascorbic acid or the water-soluble ascorbic acid derivative is granular with a grain size of about≥0.02 mm and≤0.5 mm, and has viscosity of≥5,000 cP at 25°C.
