PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a cream containing burned powder of shells or the like which is made possible to secure the antibacterial effect of the burned powder of shells or the like and the treatment effect to athlete's foot, miliaria or the like for a long period of time, and a method of producing the same. SOLUTION: The cream containing burned powder of shells or the like is obtained by burning shells or pearls, pulverizing them, and adding the burned powder of the shells or pearls to a cosmetic material and kneading them.
