PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling nozzle showing a high flow regulating effect and capable of forming a stable liquid flow having a circular section. SOLUTION: A filling nozzle provided with a flow regulating member for use in regulating a liquid flow within a hollow nozzle main body 2 has a flow regulating plate 3 acting as a flow regulating member having many fine holes 5 passed and formed to cause liquid to pass, and an outlet side surface 6 of the flow regulating plate 3 is provided with a wide spreading chamfered part 7 at an opening edge of an outlet of each of the fine holes 5 acting as a guiding means for guiding fine flows flowed out of each of the adjoining fine holes 5 in the direction where they are brought into contact with each other.
