PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging which directly a header with a commodity, and a header fitting tool which provides an efficient packing and sale space in a non-bulky manner, and keeps a good silhouette of the packaging even when it is hanged for a long time. SOLUTION: In a commodity packaging band with a header, a thick header sheet 4 is fusion-fixed to a header film 5 continuously extending to the upper end of a thin band film 1 having the width and the length corresponding to the dimension of a commodity to be packaged; an adhesive layer 2 and a peelable paper 7 are provided on the inner surface of a lower end of the thin band film 1; and in addition, a tape 6 for locking a header part of the width of 10-50 mm is provided on the outer surface of the lower end of the thin band film 1 so as to be orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the thin band film 1.
