PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve retention intensity of a laminated part of a bag and to inexpensively manufacture the bag with a relatively fewer man-hours. SOLUTION: A packaging bag is formed by sticking a reinforcing sheet 15 to an internal surface of a sheet-like film, forming a butt-seamed seal part 14 by shaping the film into a square cylindrical shape and pasting both ends, and laterally sealing upper and lower surfaces. A recessed part 21 and protruding pieces 21a and 21a at both ends thereof are formed at one of end parts 15a of the reinforcing sheet 15, and a protrusion 22 and recessed pieces 22a and 22a at both ends thereof are formed at the other end part 15b. Both end parts 15a and 15b of the reinforcing sheet 15 are pasted to a side face on an internal surface of the side face including the butt-seamed seal part 14 so that the recessed part 21 and the protrusion 22 are fitted with each other. The end part 15a is pasted to one of regions 13D of the side face with parts of the protrusions 21a and 21a, over the seal part 14, and the other end part 15b is pasted to the other region 13C with part of the protrusion 22, over the seal part 14.
