PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for physiological management of plants with which a plant growth/storage space is made an optimum space for growth and storage of plants so as to more effectively grow and store the plants and further effectively perform active circulation of the plants in the plant market. SOLUTION: The device for physiological management of plants properly grows plants P so as to make physiological management (care, rooting, growth, storage and the like taking in consideration of the physiological characteristics such as respiration or anabolism of the plants P) through managing the plants P in accordance with the physiological characteristics of the objective plants P while growing them, and is provided with the following: a warehouse 20 for physiological management of plants charged with the plants P in an almost hermetically sealed condition; a humidifier 40 supplying minute water drops charged with negative electricity to the inside of the warehouse 20 while following air flow, and sucking atmosphere in the warehouse 20; and a light source 70 irradiating light to the plants charged in the warehouse 20.
