The disc brake (1) has two axially rotatable brake disks (22, 23), which are axially loaded by a pair of brake pads (24, 26). Two central brake pads are provided between the brake disks. An actuating device (9) is arranged between the brake disks, where the actuating device has a cylinder borehole and two pistons that produce the normal force, which acts at the central brake pad. The force vectors of the normal forces lie on a common axis (35) and have different orientations.
