A powder treatment apparatus is provided to globulize flaky graphite as well as any particles that are in a high surface energy state as the particles have been finely milled, enable the mixture to be coated by granulating globules, mixing the granulated globules with an amorphous carbon precursor, and treating the mixture, and simultaneously perform granulation and coating of the mixture through binding by mixing the flaky graphite with the amorphous carbon precursor, and treating the mixture. A powder treatment apparatus comprises: a housing(10) having an injection port(11) and a discharge port(12) formed thereon to inject a raw material into the housing through the injection port and discharge granulated material through the discharge port; a rotor(20) which is installed in the housing, and includes a base plate installed in the housing and blades projected from a top part of the base plate to granulate the raw material; a power transmission unit(70) for transmitting rotation power to the rotor; and a circulation pipe(40) for enabling granulated material that has been discharged through the discharge port to be injected into the injection port again. The powder treatment apparatus further comprises: a blower(50) installed in the circulation pipe to inject the granulated material into the injection port again; spray nozzles(60) installed on the housing to spray liquid nitrogen into the housing; and a cooling unit(30) installed on the housing. Further, the plurality of blades are formed along a cylinder of a concentric circle. |
