摘要 An organic light emitting diode display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remarkably reduce manufacturing time and cost by forming an ultra-fine hole of several tens to hundreds of nanometers through oxidation of a photonic crystal member. An organic light emitting diode display includes a first electrode(43), a second electrode(45), a light emitting member(44), and a photonic crystal member(42). The first electrode is formed on a substrate(110). The second electrode is formed on the first electrode. The light emitting member is interposed between the first and second electrodes. The photonic crystal member is formed on a top surface of the substrate. The photonic crystal member is arranged between the substrate and the first electrode and has a first thin film(40b) with a plurality of holes and a second thin film(41) with a different refractive index from the first thin film.
